Frequently Asked Questions
How does the 5% commission work?
When your athletes pay their subscription through Stripe, we add a 5% Stride Up commission on top of your athlete price. For example, if you charge an athlete 500 MXN/month, they pay 525 MXN (500 + 5%). You receive 500 MXN, and Stride Up receives 25 MXN to maintain the platform.
Do athletes pay extra fees?
Athletes pay the subscription price you set plus Stripe processing fees (approximately 3.6% + 3 MXN) and the 5% Stride Up platform fee. All fees are transparent and calculated automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
Can I use my own logo and colors?
Yes! All plans include logo upload. Custom color palettes are available on Pro and Elite plans, allowing you to match your club's brand identity perfectly.
What if I have 120 athletes?
For teams with 100-200 athletes, we offer our Enterprise plan starting at 4,999 MXN/month. Contact our sales team at support@strideup.club to discuss custom pricing and features for larger organizations.
What happens during the free trial?
Your 14-day trial includes full access to all Starter plan features with up to 10 active athletes. No credit card required to start. After the trial, simply choose your plan to continue.
